A story in some Maine Day editions Monday regarding D.L. Overlock Excavation of Owls Head incorrectly said that its lawsuit against the town of Thomaston for stopping the company from opening a quarry at its Beechwood Street gravel pit had been dismissed. Instead, it is pending in Knox County Superior Court. A motion to dismiss is scheduled to be heard April 30.
