A sports story in Tuesday’s paper that said a car driven by Gabrielle Y. Eastman, 17, of Bangor was struck by another car was incorrect. According to a Bangor police accident report, Eastman was leaving a Bangor Christian Schools driveway the afternoon of May 9 and turned left onto Broadway when she struck a car heading south on Broadway. Eastman failed to yield the right of way, according to the police report.
