In a Maine Day story published Thursday about severance pay considered for a former town employee in Madawaska, it was reported incorrectly that Town Manager Arthur Faucher had discussed the issue with a Maine Municipal Association attorney. Faucher discussed the issue with the town’s attorney from Bangor. Also, the number of sick days involved was 90 days.
