Correcting the record

A story that ran in Saturday’s editions on Page C2 about David Higgins’ lawsuit against the Springfield Terminal Railway Co. stated that he quit his job in 2000. Higgins was forced to go on a disability pension after his doctor said he no longer could perform his regular duties, according to Higgins’ attorney, P. Matthew Darby of Baltimore.
