The last name of one of the co-owners of Seaside Chocolates was incorrect in an article published in Wednesday’s Style section. Her name is Monica Elliott. She has lived in Lubec for four years, not two years as written in the article. Also, R.J. Peacock Canning Co. has not closed, only reduced operations.

A cutline accompanying a photo on the front page of the State section Wednesday inaccurately described a bill signed by the governor Tuesday. The bill allows the state to suspend without a hearing the license of someone ordered not to drive as a bail condition. Until now, a motorist who has been ordered not to drive as a bail condition could still hold a driver’s license.
