In a story on the NEWS Business Page on Friday about Endovascular Technologies pleading guilty to covering up malfunctions in a medical device, The Associated Press reported erroneously that the Ancure “stent-graft” is used in heart surgeries. The device is used to repair aortic aneurysms in the abdomen.
