A missing letter in a word in a story on Pine Tree Legal Assistance’s KIDS Legal Aid of Maine program in Thursday’s State section changed the meaning of the sentence. The sentence should have read: “The program’s goal is to provide free legal assistance to low-income children in Maine, helping them access educational services, health care, mental health and social services, and safe, affordable housing.”
