A story on the front of the State section Friday about a Bangor man in the Coast Guard contained errors. The 378-foot cutter deployed to the Persian Gulf last year is the Boutwell, not the Harrison. The Walnut is a seagoing buoy tender, not a tug. Seaman Apprentice Timothy Glick was not assigned to the cutter Tackle in Rockland until June 2003.
