A story in Tuesday’s paper incorrectly stated that Tonya Carleton of Levant argued a case before the Maine Human Rights Commission against the Subway Sandwich Shop in Brewer. Actually, the case was against the Subway shop at 570 Stillwater Ave. in Bangor. The NEWS apologizes to the Brewer shop and regrets any inconvenience it caused.
