In a Style story Wednesday about personal cookbooks, a recipe for switchell should have called for 2 cups sugar, 1 cup molasses, 11/4 cups vinegar, 1 teaspoon ginger and 1 gallon cold spring water.

A story appearing Tuesday on Page One needs to be clarified. While some portions of the St. John River do open for fishing today, Glazier Lake and other portions of the river are under special international management and will remain closed until April 15. Game wardens recommend checking the specific regulations for any body of water in the published rule book before going fishing.
