A story published in Friday’s State section about a man arrested in Fort Kent for smuggling cash into the United States requires clarification. The van that Nhu Phong Nguyen, 25, of Tewksbury, Mass., was driving is not registered to Arabella Mutual Insurance of Quincy, Mass. That firm insures the vehicle.
