A story published Wednesday on the State page on the Maine Agricultural Trade Show incorrectly said that Saskatchewan farmer Percy Schmeiser lost his court case against chemical giant Monsanto. Schmeiser won his case in the Canadian Supreme Court when Monsanto sued him for patent infringement. Monsanto won the part of the lawsuit that allowed it to patent a life form.

A story in Wednesday’s Sports section referred to Harvard University as being in Boston. It is actually in Cambridge, Mass.
