The article also had an incorrect title for Janice Clark, the district’s Reading Recovery teacher.

A story in Wednesday’s paper mistakenly noted the impact of President Bush’s proposal to alter the Community Block Grant Program by reducing funding and combining it with other grant programs. The President’s plan would reduce total spending on those programs by $2 billion.
