A news story printed in Thursday’s State section indicated that Eric Sinclair, 20, of Augusta and Christopher Flynn, 22, of Windsor had been charged that day with cultivation of marijuana. According to Sgt. Vicki Gardiner of the Maine State Police, the trooper did not summon the men until Friday, Aug. 12.
