A Jan. 3 story about jewelry designer Heather Perry on the Creating page incorrectly stated where she went to school. Perry attended Maryland Institute College of Art.

A caption with a story on Ushuaia on Page A4 of the Weekend paper contained an error in a quote. The quote from UM junior Brigham McNaughton should read: “The town has not gone to great lengths to accommodate the majority of its registered voters.”

An Associated Press graphic on women’s reproductive rights by state that was in the Thursday, Jan. 19, paper contained an error. The study and resulting map were done by NARAL Pro-Choice America, not the National Right to Life Committee as published. It was an Associated Press error.

The date for a supper to benefit Marissa McCray, 11, the victim of a sledding accident in Baileyville, was incorrect in a story published on Page C2 in some editions Jan. 21-22. The correct day is Jan. 29 at 4 p.m. at Woodland High School.

A photo caption with a story Monday on Page B1 about a Farnsworth Art Museum painting misidentified the two women pictured. Angela Waldron, Farnsworth registrar, was standing at right, while the museum’s director, Lora Urbanelli, was at left.
