VIENNA, Austria – In an Aug. 3 story about the death of world-renowned soprano Elisabeth Schwarzkopf, The Associated Press erroneously reported that she was an aunt of U.S. Gen. H. Norman Schwarzkopf. She was an only child, and her former agent, Klaus Juergen Stoehlker, said he was unaware of any family connection.
