An article on Page B2 of Wednesday’s newspaper contained a misstatement. Magic City Morning Star owner Kenneth Anderson said he believes that Brims Ness, Allagash Valve and Ad Time are businesses that are defunct or have failed to grow despite help from the Millinocket Area Growth and Investment Council.

A story that ran in Tuesday’s Creating section about L.A. Theatre Works’ production of “The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial” at the Maine Center for the Arts incorrectly identified an actor. John Vickery played Lt. Com. Queeg.

In lottery results for Nov. 15-16, The Associated Press erroneously reported the sixth number in Wednesday’s Tri-State Megabucks lottery drawing. The correct drawing was:

8 15 23 29 31 41 Bonus 27

An article [graphic] about election results in Wellington on Page A4 in Nov. 9 editions contained an error. The votes for governor in the election results should have read: John E. Baldacci (D) 52; Patricia E. LaMarche (G) 22; Barbara Merrill (U) 20; Phillip Morris NaPier (U) 1; Chandler E. Woodcock (R) 17.

Correction: The Wellington correction contained the wrong date for the graphic. It has been corrected in this file.
