The next public hearing on the proposed DirigoChoice health insurance rate increase will not be held at the State House as reported in Wednesday’s paper. The hearing, which will begin at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, will take place in the central conference room at the offices of the Maine Bureau of Insurance, 124 Northern Ave., Gardiner.
