A story in Tuesday’s paper on indictments handed up by the Penobscot County Grand Jury included information that made it appear, according to the alleged victim’s family members, that Eric H. Merrill of Lincoln, who is charged with shooting up a home in that town, owned the home. In fact, it is owned by Robin Sable, according to town records.
