A story published in Wednesday’s paper and a story published on May 16 concerning a lawsuit filed by a Swans Island family asking the town to pay for their child’s education incorrectly identified the judge who ruled on the case in Kennebec County Superior Court. The judge was Justice Nancy Mills.
