The name of a man published in the Penobscot County grand jury indictments on Page B2 in some editions of the June 5 Bangor Daily News should have included his middle initial to prevent others with the same first and last name from being mistaken for him. The name of the man indicted is Jeffrey H. Joseph, 28, of Bangor.
