A Page One story Tuesday indicated that the state highway fund is supported by state and federal dollars. In fact, only state dollars support the fund. The state is not using any federal dollars in its proposed sale of a Scarborough bridge to the Maine Turnpike Authority or the sale of a state Department of Transportation building to the highway fund.
