A story published Saturday about the guilty verdict in the Roscoe Sargent murder trial misquoted defense attorney Christopher Largay of Bangor. Largay said that a life sentence would be inappropriate in Sargent’s case, and that he would “vigorously oppose” a recommendation by prosecutors for a life sentence.
